I'm Ronnie Cruel
Starting at age 15, I excelled in leadership as a young minister to a Non-commissioned officer in the Army, to managment in serveral non-profits and secular companies, to my own consulting/coaching firms.
I equip new and experienced leaders in areas such as supervision, purpose & mission, communication, conflict resolution, time management, evaluation, people skills and more.
